Dont take the electric cars. you will not reach the next loading Station with the low electric mileage. In Varna there is a poor infrastructure of loading stations.

Hello, I rented a car on October 8th. Varna airport. it has always worked great. the reservation by phone and also short-term change, everything worked out wonderfully. I have rented a car from top rent car at least five times the last year and always this year. Everything is very nice, unfortunately on October 9th, when I wanted to return the car, I experienced the most unfriendly employees. He claimed a small ash found in the car, please see the photo. He meant it was smoked. I asked what do you mean smoked. Did the car smell? no only these ashes he said. I dont smoke. My Bulgarian friend is a smoker, he always smoked outside the car. I would never allow smoking in the car. There is also wind when someone smokes outside the car and very small ashes can get inside the car. Your employee calculated 70 euros for one cm of ash. I didn't know if I was laughing or crying. I am very often in varna. I'll be back next month, but I don't want to be afraid and meet unfriendly employees. Please ensure that if the employee is in a bad mood, they should be given time off. When I asked him for one cm of ash you charge 70€ didn't answer. I said I would rent a car, we never had any problems, he didn't answer. His anger was pre-programmed. Why we brought the car to the airport. When I rented, the employee gave me the option that I could also drop it off at the city office. But we should call 15 min before. Since we came to Varna late from Ruse, we decided to drop off at the airport. and take a taxi to town. But that didn't sit well with her colleague. I do not agree to this service. If you have an account with me, you can control my generosity. My penultimate booking, voluntarily paid the processing costs for a penalty by credit card. I'll end my email here, I don't want to be treated like that, I don't want handouts from you either. I would, despite the good booking system and friendly staff, prefer another company from today and give it a good rating in google. Many Thanks. Too much form filling and selling of insurance. The process was ridiculously long

I was charged £40 excess because there was a small amount of sand in the car. This was non- negotiable.
I don't think it was this guy but I was charged unreasonably. I will take this service and extra charges into account when booking again.

минуси 1.Офисът е далеч от гаража. би трябвалао да може да си позволите офис във ФК 2.След като наех колата, вече по магистралата ми се обадиха по телефона от офиса, имали инфо че съм ударил колата. по телефона, докато карам. направете си изводи за професионализма на вашите служители. Естествено, колата не беше ударена. 3.Задното стъкло, което и без това е малко, е закрито на 25% от реклами. кое е по важно, рекламите или безопасноста на вашите клиенти. 4.Депозита е третиран странно, иска се физическа карта, не NFC , при връщане на колата трябваше да мина през офиса да ми се отблокира. абсолютно ненужна загуба на време, 2022 година депозит не се взима така. плюс 1.колата беше нова и в добро състояние, с изключение на безумните реклами на задното стъкло, което намалява видимостта и създава предпоставка за пътен инцидент Смятам да спра до тук Вероятноста да взема пак кола от вас клони към нула.

VW ID3 не е подходящ за извънградско пътуване, защото не може да бъде зареден на станции CCS и Chademo , а type 2 ,който той поддържа се зарежда за часове! Предварително попитах и ме подведохте с тази информация. Отделно колата има проблеми,за които ви сигнализирах и реакцията ви беше никаква! Зарядното често не се освобождава от колата и ми отне часове в опити да го извадя. Реакцията на служителите ви в кол центъра е ужасна и непрофесионална. При пътуване по магистрала с включен круиз контрол,колата постоянно дава проблем - круиз контролът се изключва без предупреждение и излизат съобщения,че датчиците на асист системите не работят, което е много стряскащо ,тъй като колата рязко забавя в движение. Наех и платих за 3 дни,върнах колата преди 1 ден да е изтекъл заради тези проблеми и невъзможността да се пътува с нея и вместо да ми възстановите сумата за неизползваните дни, ме таксувате,че не е заредена ,а я приемате оставена да се зарежда на безплатна обществена станция точно до офиса ви!!! Изключително съм възмутен от реакцията ви, отношението по телефона и неклиентски ориентираното ви отношение! Ваш клиент съм от преди,но не бих използвал услугите ви пак!
